Primary Job Duties:
At Success, you will help residents achieve a maximum level of independence and quality of life.
You will:
Work to support each resident toward the achievement of active treatment goals Assist residents to maintain a safe, comfortable, home-like environment Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including transfers and personal care, as needed Accompany clients to community outings, doctor's appointments Laundry, light housekeeping, and meal preparation Job
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license.
Proof of a high school diploma, GED and/or college/university degree from a US educational institution or active status on PA CNA registry.
Be at least 18 years old.
Minimum of 6 months Human Services/Direct care experience as an employee, volunteer, or for a family member Physical requirements - position requires walking, standing, stooping, sitting, kneeling, bending, pushing, and pulling.
Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs.
