You will find meaningful work helping individuals with traumatic and acquired brain injuries and other neurological impairments.

Pay rate will be $16 per hour until successful completion of our Medical Administration course.
Flexible work schedules with requirement of working one weekend shift per week.
Primary Job Duties:
At Success, you will help residents achieve a maximum level of independence and quality of life.
You will:
Work to support each resident toward the achievement of active treatment goals Assist residents to maintain a safe, comfortable, home-like environment Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including transfers and personal care, as needed Accompany clients to community outings, doctor's appointments Job
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license.
Proof of a high school diploma, GED and/or college/university degree from a US educational institution or active status on PA CNA registry.
Be at least 18 years old.
Minimum of 6 months Human Services/Direct care experience as an employee, volunteer, or for a family member Physical requirements - position requires walking, standing, stooping, sitting, kneeling, bending, pushing, and pulling.
Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs.
Ability to problem solve with a team-oriented mindset.
Local candidates within a 15-mile radius preferred.
