Responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments and market appropriate products and services.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Inbound and outbound calls to and from customers and prospects Assist customers in answering general insurance questions, quoting, processing endorsements and assist Agent as needed.
Input data and process paperwork via written and electronic communications.
Requirements Active Property & Casualty license required Previous sales experience highly preferred Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening People-oriented Detail-oriented Proactive problem solving Ability to work in a team environment Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines Schedule and Compensation Overview Monday-Friday 9:
