We are looking for a candidate for either full time or part time, hourly position (hours vary day to day so schedule can be worked out).
Our office does not offer benefits.
A good qualifying candidate for this position will be someone who is a good multitasker, highly motivated, quick learner, good computer skills and able to take direction well from peers.
In order to apply for this position we are looking for someone with experience answering multiple phone lines and prior experience as a receptionist.
Prior experience working at a veterinary office or in a medical office is preferred but not mandatory.
Applying candidate must be able to do office duties, light lifting, cleaning, filing.
Regular responsibilities include but are not limited to answering phones, filling prescriptions, walking dogs, filing paperwork, entering invoices, checking clients in and out, stocking shelves, etc.

Hours vary by day (Saturdays and evenings are required).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
