experience in Estate Planning including Trusts, Elder Law, Asset Preservation and Medicaid Planning matters in Bucks, Montgomery and Lehigh Counties on a part-time basis (with potential for full time).
Must be licensed and in good standing in PA.
Opportunity to expand position based upon court acumen and if candidate has a portable client base.
Excellent written and oral skills required.
Candidate must be detail oriented and able to work independently without oversight in order to meet deadlines.
