We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a data entry clerk and customer service representative.
In this position you will be using software and email to enter incoming orders, resolve discrepancies, and respond to customer inquiries.
Duties:
Enter data from customer purchase orders to provide information to engineering Contact customers regarding Verify and correct any errors in piece count, weights, or heat treat information Transcribe information from source documents into the appropriate format Ensure data confidentiality and security at all times Assist with other clerical tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computerized systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational skills to manage large volumes of data Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong written and verbal communication skills Previous experience in data entry or clerical work is preferred, but not required
