JOB
Summary:
The Key Carrier/Supervisor provides leadership for employees that function within their area of assigned responsibility.
The Key Carrier/Supervisor provides support to the store management team, while promoting growth within oneself.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Provide and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Help oversee the process of incoming donations.
Help price and sort donations according to established guidelines.
Ensure that production of donated goods is tracked to ensure efficiencies.
Coach and train staff to accomplish production goals.
Ensure that store merchandising standards are maintained and improved upon.
Help to oversee community service, volunteers, and staff and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
Have full understanding of the P.

system including ringing sales, running reports, entering voids, performing returns and closing procedures.
Assist with the training process for new employees.
Attend and occasionally lead morning prayer circle and staff meetings.
Ensure that stock and inventory is constantly rotating, yet remaining full.
Interact with customers in a friendly, Christian manner.
Resolve customer complaints in a positive way, reflecting the values of Liberty Ministries.
Identify store systems and abide by them.
Ensure that staff is adhering to Liberty Ministries' policies and procedures and the Thrift Guidelines.
Control inventory levels in store and backroom of priced product , Support the Store Management Team.
Operate warehouse equipment when needed.
Comply with policy in regards to the use and handling of keys specific to the work location.
Function effectively as the manager on duty, in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Store Manager.
Assist on the cash register as needed.
Open and close the store as manager on duty.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Willing to promote, uphold and agree with the Christian values supportive and reflective of the mission of Liberty Ministries and listed in Liberty Ministries' Statement of Faith.
Must be friendly, personable and customer service focused with good discernment on proper customer interaction.
Able to bend, stoop, kneel, stretch, push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to communicate clearly in English, including reading, writing, and counting.
Ability to count cash currency.
Be in good physical and mental condition with emotional maturity and stability, along with a sense of humor.
Able to function independently as well as working as a team.
Be self-motivated and serve as the source of motivation for staff.
Have leadership abilities with an attention to detail.
Possess good communication and organizational skills.
Be neat in appearance and practice good personal hygiene.
Available to be scheduled for any shift including Saturdays.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High School Diploma Previous team leadership experience Retail background preferred Provide and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
